Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to location and courier conditions. Customized products may require additional processing time.

Eligible non-customized products may be considered for return subject to VELIM's applicable return conditions. Customized and personalized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was ordered.

Orders may be cancelled before processing or production has begun. Once a customized or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

We recommend measuring your pet before selecting a size. Depending on the product, measurements may include neck, chest and back length. Please refer to the VELIM Size Guide for more information.

Yes. Selected VELIM products can be customized according to your pet's measurements and preferences. The Custom Made process includes design selection, measurements, confirmation, creation, quality checking and delivery.
